Jin M et al. – The histological subtype differences in folate concentration and DNA methylation observed here were associated with distinct expression patterns for folate metabolizing enzymes. These findings may have clinical applications for histology–directed chemotherapy with fluoropyrimidine and anti–folates in NSCLC.
