Akhtar S et al. – Fifty–eight adolescent patients with relapsed or primary refractory Hodgkin's lymphoma underwent high–dose chemotherapy (HDC) and autologous SCT (ASCT). The only negative prognostic factor for OS was the presence of B symptom at relapse or progression.
