Carcinosarcoma of pancreas with liver metastasis combined with gastrointestinal stromal tumour of the stomach: is there a good prognosis with the complete resection

Shen ZL et al. – This is the first experience report about surgical treatment of carcinosarcoma of pancreas with liver metastasis combined with GIST of the stomach. The patient performed a radical surgery for the metastatic carcinosarcoma even if that could be resected completely did not have a good consequence.
