Kaya M et al. - In a study to evaluate the prognostic significance of serum levels of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in predicting survival of pts with osteosarcoma, no significant relationship was observed between the serum VEGF levels and gender, age, size of the tumour, or response to pre-operative chemotherapy.
