Talamo G et al. - An oral administration of prophylactic regimen of analgesia and anxiolysis, at the mentioned doses, produced a statistically significant reduction of the perception of pain in patients undergoing BMAB, but its effect did not seem to provide a major and clinically significant reduction of pain level.
