Yan D et al. - Membrane-anchored TNF-LS contributes to constitutive activation of NF-(kappa)B and resistance to sTNF-(alpha)-induced cell death. Therefore, TNF-LS appears to be responsible for tmTNF-(alpha)-induced resistance in the breast cancer cells.
