Xie B et al. - The use of HIFU in the treatment of advanced pancreatic cancer is feasible and safe. It is effective in killing the carcinoma cells and alleviating pain. This technique may offer non-invasive therapy for the treatment of patients with late-stage pancreatic cancer.
