Hunzeker CM et al. - A biopsy specimen of the ulcerated nodule showed a nodular basal-cell carcinoma. Two additional biopsy specimens from her forehead showed one invasive and one in-situ squamous-cell carcinoma. Both biopsy specimens demonstrated histopathologic evidence of epidermodysplasia verruciformis.
