Of 418 pts, 35 had a mucinous adenocarcinoma
Of these 35 pts, 25 were positive for >=1 mucin expression
MUC2 expression correlated with tumor site and penetration depth
MUC5 expression correlated with tumor site
Overall survival significantly worse with MUC2 expression
Disease-free survival significantly worse with MUC1 expression
