This phase II trial was performed to evaluate the efficacy and tolerability of a new combination of Uracil/Ftorafur (UFTÒ)/leucovorin (LV) and oxaliplatin in patients (pts) with metastatic colorectal cancer (MCRC) who had not received prior chemotherapy for metastatic disease.
