Castilla–Guerra L et al. – Survivors of stroke, both hypertensive and non–hypertensive patients, present a chronic disruption of circadian rhythm of BP. Conventional clinical recordings are an unreliable method of controlling these patients and ABPM should be routinely performed in this population.
