A rare case of isolated right ventricular infarction
Journal of Electrocardiology, 11/05/09
Sawaya F et al. – The authors present a case of right ventricular infarct mimicking, on the electrocardiogram, an anterior myocardial infarction. The Grant method of vector electrocardiography is a seldom used tool but is a very accurate way of evaluating electrocardiograms and is as useful adjunct to pattern recognition.
