Zhou P et al. – The results demonstrate unequivocally that RyR activation by a single LCC is accelerated and synchronized during beta–AR stimulation. This molecular mechanism of sympathetic regulation will permit more fundamental studies of altered beta–AR effects in cardiovascular diseases.
