| There is currently a trend to update psoriasis from a skin disease to a systemic disease with potential cardiovascular consequences. Consequently, a more aggresive treatment of psoriasis is being proposed. Hopefully, this paper will stimulate a critical discussion on the causal relationshiip between psoriasis and cardiovascular disease before premature discussions are drawn. |
