Saravanan P.A et al. – The PVC’s may have reverted back to normal after delivery of foetus, however any hemodynamic compromise of the mother would be detrimental to the foetus. In conclusion the dilemma to treat or not to treat a haemodynamically stable patient exists. However, a parturient with multifocal PVCs, needs prompt recognition and management as deterioration in haemodynamics can jeopardize the foetus too.
