Cleuziou J et al. – The authors report on an infant with a Loeys–Dietz Syndrome and a bicuspid aortic valve, who presented with rapid dilatation of the aortic root. The authors performed a valve–sparing aortic root replacement with re–implantation technique using a Dacron graft with pseudo–sinuses.
