Martins LC et al. – The HR remained unaltered in all of the groups. No significant differences were seen in the BP or HR during the 24–h ABPM. These findings indicate that in moderate smokers, bupropion, transdermal nicotine or bupropion associated with transdermal nicotine caused an elevation in the BP after acute smoking interruption.
