Henz BD et al. – Chronic Chagas cardiomyopathy patients have larger epicardial as compared to endocardial substrate areas. Combined epicardial endocardial substrate mapping and ablation during sinus rhythm proves effective in preventing VT recurrences and appropriate ICD therapies.
