Vavas E et al. – An unusual case of total anomalous pulmonary venous connection surviving to adulthood without surgical correction is presented. Transthoracic echocardiography first led to this diagnosis and magnetic resonance imaging refined the anatomic diagnosis leading to successful surgical correction.
