Al-Hamash S et al. - This case emphasizes the need for careful hemodynamic and angiographic assessment of the position of the Amplatzer ductal occluder before and after detaching the device from its delivery system, with particular emphasis on the aortic retention ring and the possibility of interventional management of this complication.
