Fan ST – Though a significant difference in ICGR–15 has been observed between patients with Child–Pugh A and B liver function, the hospital mortality rates following partial hepatectomy are not significantly different between the two groups. Yet, ICGR–15 values can differentiate patients with or without hospital mortality. The cutoff values of ICGR–15 for a safe major and minor hepatectomy are 14 and 22%, respectively.
