Hall D et al. – Aicardi–Goutieres syndrome can present with haematemesis, adding to the growing evidence that the Aicardi–Goutieres syndrome spectrum encompasses an immune–mediated multisystem involvement. Gastrointestinal inflammation should also be considered in these patients and treated appropriately.
