Chang KH et al. – Laparoscopic adjustable gastric banding is a safe and feasible method of bariatric surgery. It can achieve satisfactory weight loss with significant improvement in QoL and co–morbidity provided patients undergo thorough preoperative preparation and rigorous postoperative follow–up.
