Kaltenbach T et al. - Endoscopic treatment of a bleeding site on the pancreatic surface of a pancreaticojejunostomy can be successful during the immediate postoperative period. Such an attempt at endoscopic hemostasis may prevent the need for completion pancreatectomy.
