Kopacova M et al. - A combination of inversion of Meckel’s diverticulum with ectopic pancreatic tissue is extremely rare, particularly in elderly patient. Capsule endoscopy, double balloon enteroscopy, and ultimately intraoperative enteroscopy may be helpful in timely diagnosis.
