Wang J et al. – In pN0 gastric cancers, prognostic factors differed significantly between early stage and advanced stage. For patients with pT3, besides curative gastrectomy and postoperative chemotherapy, it might be beneficial to perform intraoperative chemotherapy and extensive lymphadenectomy.
