Lee TH et al. – As a primary therapy, endoscopic transpapillary gallbladder stenting (ETGS) is technically feasible and effective in patients who are unsuitable for cholecystectomy. ETGS may also provide long–term stent patency without the need for scheduled stent exchanges.
