Sinno A et al. – Measuring cervical length using transvaginal ultrasonography is a useful tool to predict the risk of preterm birth in low– and high–risk pregnancies. Management of a short cervix poses a significant dilemma for clinicians. Different management plans have been proposed and studied, with mixed results in different clinical settings.
