JAMA, 09/16/09
Kuehn BM – Pregnant women, household contacts of infants younger than 6 months, health care and emergency services personnel, individuals between 6 months and 24 years, and those aged 25 years or older with underlying conditions that put them at high risk of complications from influenza should be at the front of the line when a vaccine for the currently circulating novel H1N1 influenza virus becomes available, according to advisors to the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
