Ophthalmoplegic migraine. Two patients with an absolute response to indomethacin
Cephalalgia, 09/08/09
Pareja JA et al. – Two patients suffering from ophthalmoplegic migraine had a strictly unilateral headache absolutely responsive to indomethacin, but not to other non–steroidal anti–inflammatory drugs, analgesics or corticosteroids. Such observations raise a therapeutic alternative and suggest that ophthalmoplegic migraine may present with different headache phenotypes.
