Hong X et al. – The results have proved that combined activation of toll–like receptor (TLR) can lead to better maturation status of Dendritic cell (DC) and also induce more effective antitumor immune responses against colon cancer, suggesting this may be a potential strategy to develop more powerful DC cancer vaccines.
