Baek HJ et al. – Pediatric renal cell carcinoma (RCC) is rare and different from adult RCC. Although target agents have recently been introduced, allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation exploiting graft–versus–tumor effect still remains an important treatment option for metastatic RCC.
