Hall SF et al. – There was no difference in survival for patients with head and neck squamous cell cancer following primary tx with surgery or RT.
Methods- Retrospective, population-based study of 595 patients with squamous cell cancer of the hypopharynx undergoing primary tx with surgery or RT
- There was no survival advantge for either RT +/- salvage surgery or surgery +/- RT
