Methods- 386 patients who underwent neck dissection for OSCC
- Median f/u 67 mos
- LND was associated with outcome
- For LND ≤ 0.06, OS was 58% vs. LND > 0.06, OS was 28%
- For LND ≤ 0.06, DSS was 65% vs. LND > 0.06, DSS was 34%
- LND was the only significant predictor of outcome in patients receiving adjuvant radiotherapy
