Savage CR et al. – Oncogenic osteomalacia, or tumour–induced osteomalacia, is a rare entity in the head and neck. Current research is elucidating the mechanism by which phosphaturic wasting occurs. In most patients, symptoms resolve once the offending tumour is removed.
