Ghosh P – To case reports of ASAT laryngoplasty are presented with very satisfactory rehabilitation of speech initially, though one case fatied to maintain his speech subsequently. The phonetic stream is effectively diverted through the dermal tube into the oral cavity to be articulated. Speech of better quality is developed which is not monotonous and easily understandable.
