Lee TJ et al. - A majority of patients with extensive paranasal sinus mucoceles exhibited ophthalmologic symptoms before treatment. Computed tomography scanning was a feasible tool for preoperative assessment. A satisfactory outcome can be achieved after surgical treatment of endoscopic sinus surgery.
