Handley TPB et al. - Canalicular adenoma is a benign minor salivary gland neoplasm, which most commonly occurs in or near the upper lip. The authors present three cases of palatal canalicular adenoma that presented with mucosal ulceration, highlighting diagnosis, treatment and follow up, with a review of the current literature.
