Kocer B et al. - Thoracic duct injury and resulting chylothorax, due to penetrating injuries of the neck, are very rare. This report presents a patient with chylothorax associated with penetrating neck trauma, who was successfully treated, and provides discussion on this very rare case in the light of the available literature.
