Chikthimmah V et al. – The authors report the case of an 87–year–old lady who presented with chorea complicating non–ketotic hyperglycaemia, and this was confirmed with MRI brain imaging demonstrating the classical feature of this condition. A high T1–weighted signal in the putamen is quite characteristic of this condition.
