Deutschbein T et al. – The diagnostic accuracy of SaC is as good as SeC. Due to its higher specificity, dexamethasone–suppressed cortisol is preferable to late–night cortisol when screening for Cushing’s syndrome in patients with adrenal incidentalomas.
