Lim HC et al. – The early use of decontamination procedure as well as judicious use of antidotes (methylene blue) should be considered in the management of these patients, besides the standard supportive management, including blood transfusion and exchange transfusion. Enhanced elimination techniques like CRRT could be considered, but it still remains unproven, and hence cannot be routinely recommended.
