Choo WK et al. – A 30–year–old man lost consciousness transiently while driving but made a complete recovery soon after. He was pale and sweaty at the onset of the event. There was neither a history of ill health nor a family history of sudden cardiac death. He was admitted for observation. The patient had four VF arrests overnight, which were eventually terminated by emergency radiofrequency ablation.
