Spinner T et al. – A 28–year–old male was brought to the authors intensive care unit after resuscitation following cardiac arrest. He had been found without a pulse and not breathing on the floor of a public toilet. The cause of the cardiac arrest was initially unknown. The ECG was unremarkable. The computer assisted tomogram ruled out cerebral hemorrhage or ischemic stroke with a manifest cerebral edema. The CT of the nasal sinus showed swollen tissue and a 12–14 mm extended homogeneous structure at the left side of the epipharynx. After extraction, the structure was identified as a“cannabis stone” wrapped in string.
