At the same time, these errors are more likely to severely harm patients due to their critical condition.Some of the elements necessary include improving knowledge about the contributing factors and critical situations must be trained in realistic ways. A good basis is the use of CRM key points. However, these must also be implemented efficiently and effectively in the organization.
