Henrich TJ et al. - The authors describe a woman with relapsed acute myelogenous leukemia after allogeneic stem cell transplantation who developed disseminated Geotrichum candidum infection during chemotherapy-induced neutropenia. The isolate was susceptible to voriconazole, amphotericin B, and micafungin in vitro.
