Fabrice Dami, 06/05/09

For the first time on a major accident, we used an innovative on-site medical command team composed of one emergency doctor and one paramedic, both trained for disaster management. This team also got the help of one professionnal dispatcher which took care of all communication from the on-site medical command car. This allowed the medical command team to spend more time on stategy and tactics rather than communications.
