Andreasen AS et al. - Endotoxin reduces plasma glutamine independently of alanine-glutamine infusion, but supplementation enables subjects to maintain plasma levels above baseline. Glutamine alters neither endotoxin-induced systemic inflammation nor the early expression of HSP70 in BMNC.
