Adegbehingbe OO et al. - The authors have applied the Injury Severity Score to communal war multiple injuries. A striking difference existed among the CT scanned PMI and IMCW patients. This could be used to prognosticate outcome of the multiply traumatized treatment awaiting CT scanning.
