Jones DF et al. - The authors present a unique case of rapidly progressive proptosis in a woman 23 years after repair of an orbital floor fracture. Clinical studies, surgical exploration, and pathology revealed a hemorrhagic cyst lined with respiratory epithelium surrounding her previously placed silicone implant.
